Do Interior designers need to visit the site?
Our Project Head will be the person to reach you first, to understand your needs, and get the placement plan. He will describe the process to you in detail and understand your requirements and your style. He will also explain any doubts and problems. In the second meeting, you will get to talk to both the Project Head and our interior designer, who will show you the suggested design. You will also get to see the design over our state-of-the-art 3D visualizer where you can make modifications and see them in real-time.
Doing a site visit is a fundamental part of the design process for us as an Interior Design Expert. We visit a site (at least) once for every project we design as one of our first steps in the design process.
Payment milestone 1: The payment at this stage is the site booking charge.

INTERIORS, Design/Supervision Fees will be waived off.

Their warranty does not cover damages due to wear & tear, accidents, alterations, misuse, exposure to corroding elements and more. You should contact them and inquire about their warranty coverage.
Yes, they will provide you with a wide variety of samples to choose from in case you are not satisfied with their suggested options. They will also provide consultation regarding selecting the samples and what decoration, furniture, and paintings.
The payment process may be done before or after the interior decorating, as per the terms of payment of the interior decorators. Many may charge you an advance payment with the full payment done after their service is delivered in full.
